Shipping is available within Canada for a fee of $10. Items will be shipped via Purolator.

Graduation frames require special packaging and ship directly from our vendor for a fee of $40.

Parking passes are required for students parking vehicles on campus. Please review fees, rules and regulations on our parking webpage prior to puchase.

Textbooks are sold through the campus bookstore prior to and at the start of each semester. Watch your GryphMail for information on when the ordering period begins.

Pick up will take place at the campus library upon the start of the semester.

Textbook pick up begins on the first day of orientation or class each semester at the library on campus. Watch your GryphMail for specific instructions, pick up dates and times.

Clothing orders can generally be picked up during office hours 8:30 - 4:30, but you may wish to call or email ahead to arrange a pick up time.

Program hoodies are usually available for Agriculture and Vet Tech. Stock is not normally kept for our other program hoodies, but are ordered based on sign up in September each year. Watch your GryphMail for order dates in September.

Textbooks for Year 1 Equine students in Clinton will be available for pick up at the Clinton location during orientation week.

Most Vet Tech Alternative students will need to choose shipping for Fall semester 1 and Winter semester 2 textbooks. Watch your email for further instructions prior to each semester.

Textbooks

New textbooks may only be returned within the first week of class if they are in new condition, unread and unmarked and you have your receipt. Shrink-wrapped items must be unopened. 

After the initial return period, new textbooks will only be accepted for return for an additional week if they meet the established criteria above, along with proof of withdrawal from the course. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

eBooks and Access Codes can only be returned within the first week of class if they remain unopened, with your receipt and proof of withdrawal from the course. They are non-returnable once unwrapped or opened.

Course Manuals are only returnable within the first week of class with proof of withdrawal from the course if they remain unused and in resalable condition.

Apparel and Gifts

Clothing purchased as a gift may be exchanged for another size of existing stock for up to 7 days with original receipt. Merchandise must have original tags, be clean, unworn and unwashed. 

Gift items and clearance items are final sale.

Parking Passes

Parking Passes are only returnable for the first 2 weeks of class with proof of withdrawal from your program. A deduction will apply equal to the daily parking fee per day that has passed.

Daily and weekly permits are non-refundable.

How to Return

Bring your receipt and credit card used for the original purchase.

Final discretion is left with the bookstore staff.
